🔄 Reasons Accepted for Exchange

Wrong size or color sent

Defective or damaged item

Received a different product than ordered
📷 Proof Required

Customers must provide photo/video evidence of the issue (e.g., damage, wrong product) within 24 hours of delivery.
🚚 Return/Exchange Process

Contact us on Facebook inbox / phone / WhatsApp with order details.

Share images of the product issue.

Wait for approval and instructions.

Once approved, return the product via courier service.

Upon receiving and verifying the item, we will send the replacement or refund (if applicable).
💰 Return Shipping Cost

If the mistake is on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer’s change of mind, the customer will bear the shipping charges.
